E’ davvero straordinario sapere che quasi tutto il nostro corpo cambia e si rigenera ogni 15 anni.

Ogni singola cellula muta, si trasforma, viene sostituita. Letteralmente diventiamo polvere e rinasciamo come una poderosa e fiammante fenice.

Solo che non lo vediamo, non ce ne rendiamo proprio conto… avviene il tutto gradualmente, ora dopo ora, giorno dopo giorno.

Del resto mi disturberebbe parecchio vedere persone, a ordine sparso, che boom diventano cenere per autocombustione per formare gruzzoli di polvere e poi riapparire in un battito di ciglia…meglio lasciare questo nel mondo della Marvel.

  • Ma cosa implica questo, di grazia?!
  • Do we really stay the same, even as each brick of our body is renewed, regenerated completely?

Ma Noo, Marco…. Ci mancherebbe! 

E’ cosi evidente. Da bimbo ero alto un metro e due barattoli e adesso sono un cinghialotto di due metri. Si vede che sono cresciuto…alcune parti di più , come la pancia e  altre di meno… come i capelli! 

E allora, se cresciamo, cambiamo, mutiamo nell’aspetto, perchè è comune che ci ripetiamo: “Sono così”  “Ho sempre fatto in questa maniera”, oppure, chi è più assertivo e rigido tuona “è così che si fa!” ” io sono fatto cosi che ti piaccia o no !

Per me è paradossale, non capisco… 

Per alcune persone passano gli anni, il loro aspetto muta, ma “dentro” invece?

Le loro credenze, i loro  riferimenti, gli ingranaggi mentali che usano per ragionare sono frizzati, cristallizzati in un certo momento passato e da lì non si schiodano.

La faccio semplice 

Se siamo geneticamente predisposti, programmati a trasformarci nel corpo per forza lo dobbiamo essere anche per il nostro pensiero. Per evolverci e migliorarci.

E allora cosa dobbiamo fare perché avvenga?

Come prima cosa dobbiamo nutrire la nostra mente.

Come farlo? 

Ci sono molti modi per farlo. Così come esistono migliaia di cucine diverse da esplorare, provare per nutrire e sollazare il nostro corpicino, così esistono modelli, strumenti e tecniche per stimolare la nostra mente.

Ecco un semplice action plan da dove partire

1 – Parti da una domanda semplice semplice (si fa per dire) . 

Prendi carta e penna e scrivi: 

Cosa vorrei cambiare di come sono oggi? Se potessi cambiare, avendo tutto il supporto, gli strumenti, la forza, il coraggio, i soldi per farlo…. Cosa cambierei di me stesso? 

Più vai nel dettaglio meglio è…

  • E’ come se ti domandassi, per una serata fuori a cena: Cosa voglio mangiare oggi? E poi ti mettessi a scavare un livello in piu’. Stasera Carne! Alla griglia! 

2 –  Abbraccia la curiosità: cerca le risposte su vari canali diversi come documentari, blog, riviste specializzate coach. Ci sono tanti spunti lì fuori. Prova, ascolta, trova la voce che più ti piace, che ti da fiducia, e con la quale ti senti in sintonia

  • Cerca quei ristoranti che offrono nel menù quello di cui hai bisogno. Vedi le recensioni, provane uno oggi e tieni a mente l’altro per un’altro giorno. Fatti consigliare, leggi le recensioni.

3 –  Persisti. Metti in atto quello che hai appreso al punto due. Credi nel processo, vai fino alla fine, persevera e traccia i risultati. Creati la tua routine di cambiamento.

  • Per tornare alla nostra carne. Se ti piace veramente, provai carni diverse, prova condimenti diversi, impara a farla tu. Diventa un esperto di vari tagli di carne. Diventa un esperto.
