Start Talent is the coaching journey where I help companies in unlocking young talent by coaching them to adopt virtuous professional behaviors.
During coaching I prepare new employees to work in tune with colleagues, navigate company dynamics, and be productive and proactive. By ensuring the success of the company.
Scouting out young talent in the marketplace, equipped with the right aptitude and unimpeachable work ethic, is a rare and valuable endeavor.
Even when they look promising, challenges are not slow to emerge:
They are ambitious to get to the top of the company, but their expectations can be clouded by a distorted image that various influencers convey on social media.
They are always connected online and quick to chat, but their communication is elusive and not always effective.
Their ability to switch quickly between different activities makes them flexible and adaptable, but they falter at paying attention and being consistent in activities.
They are aware of the importance of taking care of their mental health, but tend to avoid verbal confrontation.
This is because the school system does not adequately prepare them for the world of work.
The “what” is taught in classrooms, but not the “how,” and the daily, real-world dynamics that exist in companies are ignored.
And social media complicates the situation, presenting a distorted view of success and discipline.
THE RESULT?
On the one hand, young people with great hidden potential, but who feel unmotivated and neglected .
On the other, managers and executives often without time or tools to deal with challenges.
Frustrated by the fact that they may have taken leadership courses but fail to plant the seeds of growth in these young people because they do not find any fertile soil there.
That's the reason why I created START TALENT program.

START TALENT is designed specifically for young professionals who are facing their first years of work in a new company.
The goal is to provide them with the tools they need to effectively understand and interpret the world of work, through practical and concrete solutions that ensure personal and business success.
I help participants unlock their hidden potential and excel in their roles, supporting their ability to adapt and thrive in today's dynamic professional environment.
The program is designed to equip young talent with the confidence to navigate the challenges of their early career years, while enhancing their ability to excel in every aspect of the work environment.
Throughout the program, participants will learn how to understand and adopt the most effective behaviors to have in the company (and beyond), making them an integral part of their way of being and attitudes.
GOAL
The goal is to provide useful tools for the company and its resources. Starting with young talent promotes a bottom-up improvement, the most critical part for the company.
This approach allows new models to be integrated into the company's DNA, making the company more attractive and challenging for young people in the long run.

The full course includes all modules, but the choice will be made together with the 'company and evaluated together which modules or which details to delve into according to the available resources, structure, dynamics and actions already in place in the company.
The course can be done for new recruits, in individual or group coaching. And managers or whoever the company sees fit to involve may also participate.
