It is truly amazing to know that almost our entire body changes and regenerates every 15 years.
Every single cell mutates, transforms, is replaced.
What does this imply?
This profound question has always fascinated me and motivated me to recognize that change is an essential part of our existence, rooted in our DNA.
This means that we are genetically inclined, programmed to change even our thinking, to evolve and improve ourselves.
But we often do not believe it is possible to transform our mindsets, our habits, our behavior.
We repeat to ourselves “I was born this way,” “I have always done it this way,” or, those who are more assertive and rigid thunder “that's the way it is!” “That's the way I am whether you like it or not!”...
And when, gracefully, did you decide how to define yourself? At what age did you consciously mature this decision? What event precisely marked the moment when you declared that “this is who I am” !
This is because what we believe we are is nothing but a construction of thoughts, actions, habits that we stack up, day after day to create for ourselves that wall behind which we protect ourselves and feel safe.
After all, the most powerful force in human personality is the need to remain consistent with the way we define ourselves.
As a first step, we need to nurture our mind.
Just as the food we eat is processed by our body to generate new cells in our body, we can feed our thinking, our psyche with new ideas, words, and values.

This change transforms us to become a new, better and renewed version of ourselves and “no longer” who we were.
However, I must be honest,
if our body changes, it evolves because of an ancient automatism with which we are programmed,

To fully evolve we need to activate three concrete actions:
Awareness, Curiosity and Constancy.
We must first, recognize, become aware of where we are today, of the “real challenges we are facing,” and that we can change, improve, and get out of the day-to-day patterns.
This means being curious, experimenting, implementing various and new tools. Opening up to the universe of possibilities around us. Take action.
It is putting change into practice through concrete and continuous actions. Every small relevant action can contribute to our progress.
