This profound question has always fascinated me and motivated me to recognize that change<\/strong> is an essential part of our existence, rooted in our DNA.<\/strong><\/p>

This means\u00a0<\/span>that we are genetically inclined, programmed to change<\/strong>\u00a0even our thinking, to evolve and improve ourselves.<\/span><\/p>

But we often do not believe it is possible to transform our mindsets, our habits, our behavior.<\/p>

We repeat to ourselves \u201cI was born this way,\u201d \u201cI have always done it this way,\u201d or, those who are more assertive and rigid thunder \u201cthat's the way it is!\u201d \u201cThat's the way I am whether you like it or not!<\/strong>\u201d...<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This is because what we believe we are is nothing but a construction<\/strong> of thoughts, actions, habits that we stack up, day after day to create for ourselves that wall behind which we protect ourselves and feel safe.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a first step, we need to nurture our mind.<\/strong><\/p>

Just as the food we eat is processed by our body to generate new cells in our body, we can feed our thinking, our psyche with new ideas, words, and values.<\/strong><\/p>

to change our actions and behaviors.<\/strong><\/p>

This change transforms us to become a new, better and renewed version of ourselves and \u201cno longer\u201d who we were.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
